PURSUIT OF LONELINESS
Laurence Thrush’s film Pursuit of Loneliness was headed to Sundance. While designing his promotional material he wished for a unique type treatment for the film title to complete his design. My writing partner and I teamed up to answer his wish. We thought this simple disappearing type spoke to the center character’s slow disappearance from her community. We then put together a companion promotional postcard, creating art to represent the film’s story of disconnection from the world. What a thrill to work on this project for Laurence.
